Am not an artist, I’m only interested in purchasing service from a featured artist. Do I have to make a profile?

Yes, you must create a profile to booked services from our featured artist. Your profile will make it easy for you to keep track of your services, dates, and communication. We advise all bookers to rating after working with every artist. This allows artist to be featured high in the search and keep future bookers informed on their performance.

Why was I not approved to be a model?

At this time we are only excepting referred models that are 5’8 or taller. If you are interested in becoming a model. Contact us at the following link: http://indiefaces.com/contact-us/

We will review and contact you if you are successful.

How many followers on social media do I need to become an influencer?

Influencers must have at least 3,000 followers to be considered an influencer. If you do create an influencer profile and followers are robots or not organic it can be deleted.

Can I make more than one profile?

Yes, you can create more than one profile especially if you provide 2 or more services such as makeup and hairstylist or photographer, videographer, and retoucher.

How do I deleted my account?

Please log on to your profile page. Scroll down to “Permanently Delete Your Account", type in your password and your account and all information will be delete. This information can not be recovered.

Why was my profile deleted?

Constant terrible ratings, use of someone else images, fake profile, not fitting requirements, etc can lead to the termination of your account.

Someone rated me unfairly, what should I do?

Please report your concerns to Indie faces at the following link: http://indiefaces.com/contact-us/

If the rating came from a customer the review can not be removed but, if it came from an outside source we will investigate and it may be removed.

Why has some of my ratings been removed?

If you have noticed ratings have been removed from your profile, it is because we investigated a false rating. All ratings must have come from actual customers that have invested in your services. Any false ratings will be removed and can result in being banned from this platform. 

How can I advertise myself for more customers?

There are several way to market your services on this platform. You may use your profile link on websites, social media accounts, pay for a featured ad, ect. Within the next few month Indie Faces will push service offered on our platform which may lead to more sells.

How do I add a booking calendar on my artist listing?

1. You must create an account and confirm your email address.

2. Click on “Add Listing" at the top right corner.

3. Select “Add Artist Listing". (This is a free listing) Then select “Get Now".

4. Fill out the form and be sure to create a great profile as this will increase your value in being hired. If you are a model be sure to include your stats in the description. (Height, weight, hips, waist, shoe size, hair color, eye color, etc. At this time models should be 5’8 or taller)

5. Select “Save and Submit"

6. Review your profile and make edits to your liking. Then Select Submit. Indie Faces will review your Listing.

7. After your listing is published, Click on your avatar photo on the top hand corner and you will see a drop down. Select “Your Services (Booking Av.)".

8. Click on “Booking"

9. Click on “Add New Booking product"

10. You will be able to create your working calendar. Fill out the form and then select “Save Product"

11. Click on your avatar photo and the top right corner and select “Listings"

12. Go to your listing and click on “More" then “Edit"

13. Scroll down to Online Booking/Appointment and type in the title of your booking product. Your booking product will appear and you press on it to add.

14. Press “Save and Preview" at the bottom of the form and then “Submit". Your calendar will appear on your listing.

I do not need a booking calendar. How do I just add my services?

How do I input my banking/Paypal information so I can withdraw my earnings?

1. Click on your avatar photo on the top right and select “Booking Availability"

2. Click on “Settings"

3. Select “Payment". There you may save you banking/Paypal information.

 

How do I request to withdraw?

1. Click on your avatar photo on the top right and select “Booking Availability"

2. Select “Withdraw"

3. Select “Withdraw Request"

4. Indie Faces take 24 hours to confirm your request and release your funds.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

After the job on the booking calendar date is completed you may request to withdraw. If the service does not require a booking calendar you may request to withdraw earning 3 days after payment is made.
